A prominent American Muslim leader speaks out against persecution of people in Yemen and Myanmar, condemning the atrocities as crimes against humanity.
Louise Farrakhan, who’s the leader of the Nation of Islam Movement, was speaking during a press conference at Press TV’s headquarters in the Iranian capital Tehran. He said Muslims need to be united and rise up against the crimes being committed. He also called on the media to write about the truth and reveal it to correct the governments. Elsewhere in his speech, Farrakhan criticized the Trump administration for pushing for discord among the Muslim community.
