Arjun Singh's residence bombed again; NIA to get involved now

National Investigation Agency (NIA) will soon be looking into the case of the bombing of Arjun Singh, BJP MP. On 8 September, 3 crude bombs were hurled at the gate of Arjun Singh’s residence. After this incident CCTVs were installed and security was increased yet a fresh bombing happened early this morning, where 2 crude bombs were hurled at Arjun Singh’s residence. NIA team is expected to visit Arjun’s house today. BJP is alleging that TMC is trying to “unleash their reign of terror.” On the other hand, TMC is saying that “this is a result of internal fights which are a result of conflicts between Arjun and the party after he switched over to BJP in 2019.”
