Victoria's state of emergency to be extended after bill passes Upper House | ABC News

For the third day in a row, Victoria has recrded a double-digit increase in the number of new COVID cases and authorities say they’re satisfied with the continuing downward trend.
The Andrews Government has extended its powers to enforce curfews and fines until the end of stage 4, and, after a marathon sitting of parliament pushed the state of emergency out until March.
