The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) has reported 80 new cases in the past 24 hours, a health official said on Monday. The number has gone below 100 for the first time in 12 days. On Sunday, seven health experts from the Chinese mainland arrived in the city. They are the first batch of a 60-member team that will help carry out widespread testing in the region.
