Rajasthan politics: Governor Kalraj Mishra allows an assembly session from 14th August

In the latest developments of Rajasthan Political turmoil, after the fourth proposal from Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot Cabinet, Governor Kalraj Mishra has finally allowed conducting an assembly session from the 14th of August. The assembly session will be regulated by taking mandatory precautions and guidelines issued to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Chief Minister Gehlot’s first three proposals for an Assembly session were rejected by Governor Kalraj Mishra. While initially, he raised questions on the coronavirus pandemic precautions, he later agreed for the session and ordered for what all protocols can be followed to maintain social distancing in the Fairmount Hotel amid the assembly session.
