Rajasthan Congress crisis: 3 petitions filed by MLA in High Court to quash FIR's filed against him
Rajasthan: MLA Bhanwar Lal Sharma moves High Court. He has filed 3 petitions to quash the FIR’s filed against him. Multiple matters are taken up in the petitions.
Arvind says the MLA is finding himself in deep trouble. SOG Rajasthan of Police and Anti-Corruption Bureau of Rajasthan have filed cases against him. He has been asked to appear before the SOG. SOG and SOG team have been camping in Delhi to locate the MLA. MLA’s plea states that he wants the NIA to take up the investigation and not SOG or ACB of Rajasthan. High Court to hear the matter today.
