ISIS teams up with Al Qaida, terrorists planning to strike South India; UN report warns of an attack

United Nations has reported on the increasing footprint of ISIS in India. The ISIS web is spreading at an alarming pace. The report on terrorism has warned that there are a significant number of ISIS terrorists in two states of the country, namely Kerala and Karnataka. As per the data, one member state reported that ISIL Indian affiliated which was announced in May 2019 has around 180-200 members. The report also warns the Al-Qaida in the Indian subcontinent is planning attacks in the region. The two terrorist groups are using COVID-19 pandemic as a platform to propagate their ideology and asking innocent Muslims to be the carrier of Coronavirus and spread it amongst people.
