JNU scholar Sajib Bin Sayed booked for promoting hatred; tweeted against Indian Army & RSS

Sajib Bin Sayed a JNU scholar has been booked by the Delhi Police, he has been arrested for promoting hate and enmity. He tweeted a slanderous remark against the Indian Army.
He is the President at the Campus Front of India. He made certain remarks against the Indian army stating that it was a genocide in Kashmir. A complaint was filed against him which has now resulted in an FIR. The Delhi Police has stated that such incidents can often result in hatred and enmity between communities and organizations including RSS which was named in the first report. Delhi Police has booked him under Section 153 of the CRPC which deals with promoting hatred between communities and organizations.
