Congress-China 2008 deal EXPOSED, SC petition names top leaders and seeks details of the pact signed

The Congress-China pact continues to develop as the scathing allegations of a petition reach the country which was filed in the Supreme Court seeking details on the pact signed between Congress and the Communist Party of China in 2008 for the exchange of high-level information between both. The petition names the Indian National Congress, Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi as the perpetrators seeking answers on their involvement with China. BJP leader Sambit Patra earlier today launched an attack on the party asking it to clarify its position on the Chinese.

The border tension between India and China reached the peak earlier this month after a violent clash broke out between the forces of both nations at Galwan Valley.
