Fourteen-year-old Will Callaghan is now home with his family after a night in hospital off the back of his two-day ordeal lost on Victoria’s Mount Disappointment.

There’s been praise for the unique strategies used by his rescuers, and hope the episode will help people better understand the challenges around living with autism.
