Congress leader Rahul Gandhi questions the Centre on its alleged silence on China

Rahul Gandhi took to Twitter today in a bid to question the Central government regarding the issue with China. He wrote that the government’s silence on China on the border situation was fuelling the speculation amid a time of crisis. He further used the hashtag #ChinaIndiaFaceoff for the Tweet. Earlier, other leaders of the Congress party have also come out with similar allegations asking the government to give details of the alleged escalation at the border as well as the actions of the government and diplomats to normalise the situation. However, over the past few days, the Ministry of External Affairs has given statements on the way the government is working to tackle the issue.
