Bihar: Complaint filed in NHRC against Railways after toddler tries to awaken dead mother

The migrant crisis has no end. A case has been filed by a Delhi High Court lawyer in National Human Rights Commission against railways and the Bihar government over a video that went viral in Muzaffarpur. The video shows how a woman allegedly died because of a lack of hunger and basic human necessities. It is seen in the video, the toddler is pulling the shroud covering his mother in order to wake her up. The heartbreaking visual has awakened a massive reaction and empathy for the toddler and the mother. The body was pulled out from a train and was kept on the station, waiting for an ambulance.
