Scott Morrison, unions and business groups are leaving themselves wide room to negotiate on possible changes to workplace laws, avoiding blanket guarantees that all workers must be better off. The talks begin next month, but while the participants are eager to be involved, Federal Labor’s been left firmly on the sidelines.
