Cyclone Amphan has had a huge impact on West Bengal. The neighbourhood power is cut off for the past 4 days, there is no electricity as roads and electric poles are down. Some of the wires are still alive but people are scared The senior citizens that stay there are complaining about the local councillor saying that he didn’t show up or helped them, they have to climb down to fetch water from the local tap because roads are blocked and there is no domestic help or any way through which they can go to a grocery store. They are still waiting for help and locals are pouring their heart out.
