As winter approaches, many victims of last summer’s terrible bushfires are still struggling to access cash grants and loans to help get them back on their feet. The Bushfire Recovery Taskforce says $1.3 billion has already been set aside for families and businesses. But some farmers say they haven’t seen it yet.
