Globally, political leaders have been playing blame-games over which country was responsible for the coronavirus pandemic. Meanwhile, the media as well as politicians in India seem to be selectively channeling their allegations on the Islamic sect – Tablighi Jamaat for the spread of the infection in the country. Ravish Kumar asks whether these politicians cannot take note of the fact that the majority of the COVID-19 positive cases were not spread by Jamaat members.
