Sky’s Sarah-Jane Mee talks to former hostage Terry Waite, about looking for the positives in the current life under lockdown – and how we can all take something from the lessons he learned when he was held captive in Lebanon nearly thirty years ago.

In 1987, as an envoy of the Archbishop of Canterbury, he was taken hostage in Beirut and held in solitary confinement for almost five years.
