On Prime Time, Ravish Kumar asks why despite the first case of coronavirus reported in India on January 30 2020, most actions including cancellation of flights arriving in India were initiated as late as in March. Also of major concern during the 21-day lockdown that was announced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in an address to the nation on March 24, is its impact on the unorganised sector and daily wage earners.
