There are mounting concerns that the coronavirus pandemic could disenfranchise large numbers of American voters in the U.S presidential election. As VOA’s Brian Padden reports, two states have postponed primary elections and there are new calls to expand vote by mail options to protect vulnerable populations and democratic instructions.
