The visuals of violence that shook the nation may not have been the outcome of a spontaneous backlash against the parliament in passing the Citizenship Amendment Act. If the claim is true then the opposition and the right’s lobby’s attestation that these protest against the wit of the parliament was spontaneous falls flat. Times Now has accessed some of the allegations made in the probe report. The report states that 73 bank accounts which were linked to PFI had received funds up to ₹120 crores from 4th of December till the 6th of January.
