Britain was warned the suspect in the death of a teenage motorcyclist would leave the country but couldn’t do anything to stop it.
The lawyer for the parents of Harry Dunn told Sky News that admission by the foreign secretary added insult to injury, because they maintain the woman who knocked their son down did not have diplomatic immunity.
