Kenya’s Eliud Kipchoge has made history by breaking the two-hour barrier for a marathon race on a specially prepared course in Vienna’s Prater park. With an unofficial time of one hour 59 minutes and 40.2 seconds, the Olympic champion became the first person ever to run a marathon in under two hours.
