Tasmanian senator Jacqui Lambie has arrived in the nation’s capital with a list of demands she wants addressed if the Federal Government is to win her crucial crossbench support.
Politicians returned to Canberra on Monday for the first sitting day after the five-week winter break, with the Government seeking her support to legislate its agenda.
In an interview with the ABC’s Patricia Karvelas, Senator Lambie said she would not support the dug testing bill because there aren’t enough rehabilitation services.
She also says she doesn’t see a case for the religious discrimination bill at this point in time.
