“The revolution will not die.”
That was the message from tens of thousands of protesters, as they poured into Sudan’s streets on Sunday, demanding civilian rule.
But they were met with gunfire and tear gas.
These were the first major protests since the military broke up a protest camp almost a month ago, killing dozens of people.
