Istanbul is holding a repeat election for mayor. After opposition candidate Ekrem Imamoglu narrowly won the election, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s AKP objected and called for the repeat, which Turkey’s high electoral board accepted. The opposition, and many voters, sense fraud in the works. Will the outrage carry Imamoglu into office? Or will the AKP’s Binali Yildirim prevail?
