The father eight-year-old Saffie Roussos, the youngest victim of the Manchester Arena terror attack, has said he ‘blames’ the UK government and MI5 for his daughter’s death.
Two years on from the bombing, Andrew Roussos has claimed UK intelligence services could have taken action to prevent the attack.
Saffie was one of 22 people, many of them children, who were killed when a bomb was detonated during an Ariana Grande concert at the Manchester Arena on May 22, 2017.
