Parts of the Indonesian capital are on lockdown after a night of violent protests. Six people have been killed and hundreds injured.
Protesters are angry at the results of last month’s presidential election. On Tuesday, the General Elections Commission declared incumbent Joko Widodo the winner, giving him a second term in office.
Indonesia’s security minister says social media was being blocked partially to avoid the spread of rumours.

Al Jazeera’s Florence Looi reports from Jakarta. Greg Fealy – a specialist in Indonesian politics – joins her from the Australian National University in Canberra via Skype to discuss the latest updates.
