The United Nations says it may be forced to scale back the delivery of humanitarian aid to some Houthi-controlled areas in Yemen.
It blames Houthi rebels for blocking aid convoys and harassing staff, but it says the suspension of aid would be a last resort.
Meanwhile, markets have reopened in the port city of Hodeidah after a fragile ceasefire between Saudi-Emerati led forces and Houthi rebels holds.
Both sides launched an attack and a counterattack last week.
