After several false starts, the talks aimed at ending the war in Yemen seems to have hit the wall.
The Houthi rebels and the Yemeni government are divided on the fate of President in exile Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi. The Houthis want him to step down, but the government delegates think otherwise.
This, along with various other issues, clouded the third day of talks for a political solution to the civil war.
