At a depth of nearly 3,200 meters in the ocean, expeditions have revealed a giant group of octopuses and their eggs in what should be an inhospitable area. The octopuses are an unknown species of the genus Muusoctopus. What is even more curious is that nearly all of the octopuses seemed to be mothers, each guarding a clutch of eggs.
